Welcome to Fishback Hill Flowers, a small flower farm nestled just outside Monmouth, Oregon, in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Our garden grows on a quiet hill surrounded by old-growth oaks, fir trees, and ferns. This peaceful setting is more than just our home and happy place. It is where we grow what we love and share it with others.
I’m a nurse by education, but for so long did not make space for hobbies. It was a simple gift from a kind neighbor, a handful of dahlia tubers, that changed that. Those first blooms sparked a love for growing, especially dahlias, and I was hooked.
What started as a way for me to take time for myself in the garden and have a creative outlet has become something more. Now it is not just about what the flowers give me, but what they can give others. Being able to share them and bring a little joy to others has become one of the most meaningful parts of it all.
