About

Welcome to Fishback Hill Flowers — a small flower farm nestled just outside Monmouth, Oregon, in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Our gardens grow on a quiet hill surrounded by towering firs, old-growth oaks, and a lush understory of ferns. This peaceful setting is more than just our home and sanctuary — it’s a place where we are honored to nurture nature and, in turn, share the beauty with others.

I’m a nurse by training, but it was a simple gift from a kind neighbor — a handful of random dahlia tubers — that completely changed my path. Those first velvety red dahlias sparked a deep love for flowers, specifically dahlias, and from that spark, Fishback Hill Flowers was born.

Some of the most unexpected joys of growing flowers have been the care and connections it builds. What began as a love for dahlias quickly became something more — a way of reaching people, of offering beauty, and nurturing my own soul. With each season, I’ve come to see that tending to plants is its own kind of healing — quiet, intentional, and deeply rewarding. The garden may be still, but what grows from it reaches far beyond the field.

Warmly,

Andrea

-Luther Burbank

We hope ours bring a little of that sunshine to you.
