  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Each bouquet subscription supports our small flower farm and is planned around the flowers we grow for you throughout the season. Because of the nature of farming and the perishable product, subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins.

  • Unable to make a pickup?

    If you can’t make it one week, you’re welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

  • Refunds due to crop failure

    In the rare event of a crop failure or farm-related issue that prevents us from fulfilling your subscription, we will provide a refund for the missed portion of your subscription or offer an alternative solution.
